Marketing Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* Male / Female, max 40 years old with pleasant personality
* Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in interior design / architecture
* Min. 2 years experience as Sales /Marketing Manager in the same field
* Have professional attitude, Excellent communication and Negotiation skills
* Proven leadership ability to influence,develop and empower sales team to achieve objectives
* Problem solver and target oriented individual
* Good appearance, self motivated, creative, energetic , able to work as a team
Responsibilities:
* To achieve company’s sales growth objective and maintaining profitability, in the market by giving support professional services
* To meet aggressive sales objective by successfully creating developing new market and customer/accounts.
* Enhancing relationship with customer/ accounts by establish good rapport trust
* Recruit, train and deploy a team of highly motivated sales executives in the sales team
* Good proven skill in preparing sales business plan
